How it works
Ultrasonic transducers are mounted on the walls of the tank in various configurations, emitting high-frequency sound waves through the cleaning solution. These sound waves create cavitation — microscopic bubbles that implode on the surface of parts and components, safely dislodging and removing even the most stubborn contaminants. Retrofitting with updated transducer packs allows both new and existing tanks to achieve greater cleaning depth and a wider effective cleaning area.
Mounting
Our transducer packs are self contained and have 6 mounting options
#1 Bottom mount with over the top signal input
#2 Bottom mount with bulkhead input using lead out tubes through the tank bottom with Teflon gaskets
#3 Bottom mount with side bulkhead
#4 Bottom mount same as #1 except no junction box at the top just straight pipe
#5 Side mount over the top
#6 Side mount with bulkhead fitting above the waterline but below the edge - our favorite on large systems
